How do I pay for your services?
For new tires and tire changeover you can pay right on our website, if you need custom work please let us know by using the contact form here or by calling us at (847) 925-1100
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept credit card or debit card through Stripe our payment gateway.
What's the average installation time?
In average our technician takes between 15 to 20 minutes per tire.
Do I need to be present at the time of installation?
You do not need to be present, simply make sure to attach a picture of your vehicle for our technician and leave 6′ feet free space on both sides of the vehicle. Note: some vehicles require a lock key to be able to remove the wheels, without it we can’t perform the work.
Do you offer flat tire emergency services?
Yes we do, if you have a flat tire and you are stranded somewhere on the road, we offer flat tire repair and new tire change up (if available in stock)
What happens if there is inclement weather?
For us the safety of our personnel and our customers is extremely important, should the weather impede us from doing our job, we will re-schedule at your convenience.

Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees, however in very rare occasions a bolt or a nut maybe too tight and it might break, that can carry an extra cost that is out of our control.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, in those cases we would be happy to re-schedule or offer you a full refund.

Yes, if you need to cancel your appointment please contact us at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment by calling us at (847) 925-1100
