Tips to get the full mobile tire service experience!
Where Should I Park My Car?
Have your car parked in a level area away from busy traffic with clear access to all 4 wheels with at least 3 feet of space on each side of the vehicle. If any of these conditions cannot be met, the tire installation tech may ask you to move your vehicle.
What Should I Expect?
The tech will take the keys to your car so they may access the menu system inside the car if needed and reference the manufacturer’s recommended tire specs located on the door frame. The tech will NOT need to drive the vehicle.
How Long Will This Take?
Your car will not be driveable for at least an hour – make sure you plan on this prior to your appointment time.
What If I Have Wheel Spacers?
Tires, wheels, or wheel accessories that result in improper fitment will not be installed. Owners are responsible for additional fees resulting from improper fitment. The best way to avoid this is to install the correct size tires on OEM supplied wheels.
What If I Have Old Tires I Want Installed?
Mismatched, worn, or old tires with less than 4/32’nds of tread will not be installed.
